Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Class bookings can be made at the Club reception. Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday to Sunday 9am–4pm.
If you need to cancel a fitness class, please give as much notice as possible.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class.
Classes marked with a (£) will be at an extra cost.
Aquafit is aerobics in water, a fantastic low impact exercise suitable for all ages and abilities which can improve stamina, strength and suppleness.
Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party, you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Callanetics uses a series of low-impact, fluid movements designed to increase muscle strength and flexibility. This class is not included in membership, so an additional cost is required and booking done through external Instructor
A high intensity full body workout where you will learn grappling moves and techniques, helping to improve speed, flexibility, and strength. Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.
Ultimate circuits is a blend of high-intensity interval training with body weight exercises and weights. This will not only get you fit, but you will exceed your goals in minimal time.
Classes are designed for everyone, with the emphasis on stretching the whole body from head to toe and helping to improve flexibility and posture.
Participants are also encouraged to relax and clear their minds, giving your mind and body some rest from the outside world. Exercises can be adapted, options given and you have the freedom to choose what you do throughout.
A form of Boxing conditioning and circuit training, but with no contact. This class is for everyone, at any level. HATTON is a boxing for fitness class designed to assist weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and all the fun of training like a boxer without the contact

You will pedal your way to a leaner, stronger body. A class which focuses on endurance, strength and intervals to really boost your cardiovascular system.
Legs, Bums and Tums
Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with this class. High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) are also included in this high-intensity upbeat class.
An effective and simple workout that gets big results. Burning fat by raising your resting metabolism, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with high-intensity interval and Tabata training.
This intense exercise program combines cardio workouts, weight and resistance training, yoga, plyometric, and stretching routines to improve coordination, flexibility, and strength.
The class will help you improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.
Piyo is an exercise program that is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. Piyo is a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility. It is a nonstop workout that will get you working up a sweat but without the impact.
A group exercise class using barbells with adjustable weights. It works the major muscle groups via a series of exercises including squats, presses and lifts.

Therapeutic Yoga combines restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breath work, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques in such a way that it is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.
Gentle Yoga. This is a yoga class which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
Zumba / Zumba 4 All
This programme combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun, rewarding and keep you coming back for more!
