Firstly, we must advise the following to all members:

The class timetable is restricted due to a number of factors including the need for cleaning time between each class.

In the studio and its layout

The way in which customers can use the studio has been changed and you will need to follow the new rules.
How you can help us during your class visit:

  • The studio has been laid out into distinct areas for customers to use when exercising. This is to allow for physical distancing.

  • If equipment is required for you class it will be in the designated area for you

  • If you are attending an indoor cycling class please do not move the bikes as they will have been positioned by your instructor to adhere to social distancing

  • All customers must adhere to physical distancing at all times, both while exercising and moving around the studio floor

  • While there are enhanced cleaning measures in place, it is your responsibility to wipe down each piece of equipment before and after use.

When your class is over you should leave via the studio fire exit to the decking, please leave the studio promptly and keep to physical distancing guidance as you leave.
